How to Obtain an Invitation Letter
Invitation letters are official documents issued by ResearchMass.org to help attendees with their visa application process. Follow the steps below to obtain your invitation letter:
- Purchase a Ticket
- Secure your spot by purchasing a ticket for the conference.
- Receive and Complete the Form
- After your ticket purchase, we will send a form to your registration or payment email.
- Fill out the form accurately and email it back to us along with the required supporting documents.
- Review and Issuance
- Our team will review your details. Once verified, we will issue your Invitation Letter and Visa Request Letter for international attendees.
Required Supporting Documents
To ensure smooth processing, include the following when returning the form:
- A scanned copy of your passport (photo and personal details page).
- A recent passport-sized photo in digital format.
- Proof of payment for the conference ticket.
Processing Time and Fees
- Processing Time: Invitation letters are processed within 3 to 7 working days after receiving all required documents.
- Rescheduling Fees: If you need to reschedule your invitation letter, a fee of $35 USD will apply.
- Correction Fees: For any corrections to the invitation letter, a fee of $20 USD will be charged.
Verified Invitation Letters with Online Authentication
All invitation letters issued by ResearchMass.org are digitally verified and include a unique verification code.

Fraud Prevention Warning
Submitting fake or altered invitation letters for visa applications is strictly prohibited and may result in severe consequences, including a 10-year visa ban.
