Presentation Guidelines
GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS– Oral presentations that participants contribute to last 15-20 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion. One of the authors or co-authors must give the presentation for the article. Oral presentations must be delivered utilizing either your laptop or the PC (Windows system + Powerpoint) that will be accessible in the session room. Please bring your laptop or flash drive with the presentation file to the meeting room. Each presentation will be launched with assistance from a volunteer.
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS– The largest poster size is 30 inches wide by 40 inches high. You must bring your printout of the actual poster. Before the Opening ceremony, you are asked to put up your poster and take it down at the end of the session. To participate in the poster session’s discussion, one of the paper’s authors or co-authors must be present. In the conference room, there will be posters on exhibit.
GUIDELINES FOR VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS– To be considered for abstract acceptance, you must submit an abstract as well as a full paper for double-blind peer review. The organizing committee will undertake a test run immediately after the Conference is confirmed. Guidelines for connecting at the Conference and presenting will be provided to the participant. You will be given a digital copy of the conference, the certificate of presentation, and the proceedings after the presentation and conference conclusion.

Do’s
- Attendees are requested to send their original research papers only
- Your papers should be 100% unique. You must conduct a plagiarism check before submitting them
- Take some time to read our Conference Rules and Regulations.
- All your papers should be in a .doc format only.
- Ensure you check the deadlines of the paper submissions and prepare in advance to avoid processing delays and rejections.
- Registrations done after the deadline will not be accepted. Moreover, no refunds will be granted for such registrations.
Dont’s:
Do not include maps and images of disputed territories anywhere in the world in your presentations or papers.
Don’t book your accommodation and travel tickets without checking the official event schedule. Event organizers will not be responsible for any damages or losses due to rescheduling or cancellations.
Avoid arriving at the event venue before or after the reporting time. You must plan your day keeping in mind the event timings.

1. Cancellation, Postponement, and Transfer of Registration:
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to team@sairap.org
2. Cancellation Policy:
If the South Asia Institute for Research and Publications (SAIRAP) cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another South Asia Institute for Research and Publications (SAIRAP) event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
3. Postponement :
If South Asia Institute for Research and Publications (SAIRAP) postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another South Asia Institute for Research and Publications (SAIRAP) event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
4. Transfer of registration :
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to team@sairap.org. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Registration can be transferred from one conference to another conference of team@sairap.org if the person is unable to attend one of the conferences.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of the respective conference. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
5. Visa Information :
South Asia Institute for Research and Publications (SAIRAP) will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for a Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of South Asia Institute for Research and Publications (SAIRAP), including the inability to obtain a visa.
6. Refund Policy :
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
- Within 30-45 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund.
- Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund.
- E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
7. Accommodation Cancellation Policy :
Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. South Asia Institute for Research and Publications (SAIRAP) will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
