Modes of Presentations
Different Presentation Modes for Conference Presenters:
Conference presenters have the option to choose their preferred mode of presentation based on their convenience. There are four modes of presentation available to choose from, which are oral presentations, oral poster presentations, Zoom presentations, and recorded presentations.
Oral Presentations:
Presenters delivering oral presentations are required to prepare ten slides, each covering one page for the introduction, objectives, and methodology sections. The remaining slides will highlight the significant research outputs. Each presenter will have ten minutes to present the ten slides, with one minute allocated to each slide, followed by three minutes for Q&A.
Zoom Presentations:
For those presenting via Zoom, each presenter will have ten minutes to present, followed by three minutes for audience questions. To prepare, download the Zoom app, register for an account, and use the meeting invitation link provided by the organisers to join the meeting.
Recorded Presentations:
Presenters who choose to record their presentations in advance can do so by providing a ten-minute video to the organising committee. The video will be played during the presentation slot, and the recorded presentations will be posted on Slide Share or YouTube, which will be accessible to attendees during and after the conference.

Do’s
- Attendees are requested to send their original research papers only
- Your papers should be 100% unique. You must conduct a plagiarism check before submitting them
- Take some time to read our Conference Rules and Regulations.
- All your papers should be in a .doc format only.
- Ensure you check the deadlines of the paper submissions and prepare in advance to avoid processing delays and rejections.
- Registrations done after the deadline will not be accepted. Moreover, no refunds will be granted for such registrations.
Dont’s:
- Do not include maps and images of disputed territories anywhere in the world in your presentations or papers.
- Don’t book your accommodation and travel tickets without checking the official event schedule. Event organizers will not be responsible for any damages or losses due to rescheduling or cancellations.
- Avoid arriving at the event venue before or after the reporting time. You must plan your day keeping in mind the event timings.

Invitation Letter
The invitation letter serves as confirmation that the conference organizers have received your paper submission and registration request. It is provided in English to assist with visa applications, but please note that it does not guarantee a visa.
To request an invitation letter, please email us to conference@sciencenet.co with your completed Registration Form, Payment Proof, Passport Size Photo, and Passport Scan copy.
Please keep in mind that the processing time for visa applications varies and is outside of our control. Therefore, we recommend that you start the application process as early as possible.
We regret to inform you that we will not be able to appeal visa application decisions made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or engage with them on your behalf.
Cancellation, Postponement, and Transfer of Registration:
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to team@sciencenet.org
1. Cancellation Policy:
If Science Net cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Science Net event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
2. Postponement :
If Science Net postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Science Net event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
3. Transfer of registration :
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to team@sciencenet.org. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Registration can be transferred from one conference to another conference of team@sciencenet.org if the person is unable to attend one of the conferences.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of the respective conference. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
4. Visa Information :
Science Net will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for a Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of the cancellation policy of Science Net, including the inability to obtain a visa.
5. Refund Policy :
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
- Within 30-45 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund.
- Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund.
- E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
6. Accommodation Cancellation Policy :
Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Science Net will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
